С целью формирования основ правовых знаний и обеспечения безопасности иностранных обучающихся управление по международным связям регулярно проводит встречи иностранных граждан с представителями правоохранительных органов города и области.

23 ноября 2017 года в аудитории №1 состоялась встреча представителей правоохранительных органов г. Курска и Курской области с «новыми» иностранными гражданами, которые прибыли на обучение в наш университет.

Проведение встреч иностранных обучающихся с руководством и представителями правоохранительных органов города и области стали традиционными.

На встрече присутствовали: начальник отделения охраны общественного порядка УМВД России по г. Курску Д.Ю. Давидов, старший оперуполномоченный по особо важным делам  Центра по противодействию экстремизму УМВД России по Курской области А.В. Попов,  старший инспектор отдела разрешительно-визовой работы Управления по вопросам миграции УМВД России по Курской области О.В. Баточко, помощник ректора по безопасности А.И. Салтанов, советник при ректорате, Почетный консул Демократической Социалистической Республики Шри-Ланка в Курске Шехине Мохамад Туфик, начальник ООБЖ, ГО и ЧС КГМУ Ю.П. Авдеев, зам. начальника ООБЖ, ГО и ЧС КГМУ Г.Т. Еремин, начальник управления по международным связям Ю.Ш. Иобидзе, декан международного факультета Ю.Д. Ляшев, сотрудники управления по международным связям.

Встречу вел начальник управления по международным связям Ю.Ш. Иобидзе. С разъяснением требований миграционного законодательства выступила старший инспектор отдела разрешительно-визовой работы Управления по вопросам миграции УМВД России по Курской области О.В. Баточко. Начальник отделения охраны общественного порядка УМВД России по г. Курску Д.Ю. Давидов рассказал иностранным обучающимся о правилах личной и общественной безопасности, об административных правонарушениях. Помощник ректора по безопасности А.И. Салтанов проинформировал студентов о недопустимости осуществления экстремистской деятельности, проявлений национализма и ксенофобии на территории Российской Федерации.

В своих выступлениях представители правоохранительных органов призвали иностранных обучающихся неукоснительно соблюдать законодательство России, требования локальных актов университета, следовать рекомендациям представителей правоохранительных органов.

The Meeting of the Law Enforcement Officials with the Foreign Students

The Administration for International Relations regularly holds meetings of the foreign citizens with the law enforcement officials of the city and region in order to form the basics of legal knowledge and safety ensuring of the foreign students.

On November 23, 2017 in the lecture hall №1 there took place a meeting of the representatives of the law enforcement authorities of Kursk and Kursk region with the new foreign citizens, who came to our university for studying.

The meetings of the foreign students with the chiefs and representatives of the law enforcement authorities of the city and region have become traditional.

Present at the meeting were: the head of the department for the Protection of Public Order of the Administration of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Kursk D.Yu. Davidov; the special cases lead investigator of the Centre for Combating Extremism in the Administration of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Kursk region A.V. Popov; the chief inspector of the department of licensing and visa work of the Migration Directorate in the Administration of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Kursk region O.V. Batochko; the rectorate assistant for security A.I. Saltanov; the rectorate advisor, Honorary Consul of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka in Kursk Chahine Mohamad Tufik; the head of the basic safety, civil defense and emergency department of KSMU Yu.P. Avdeyev; the deputy head of the basic safety, civil defense and emergency department G.T. Yeremin; the head of the Administration for International Relations Yu.Sh. Iobidze; the dean of the international faculty professor Yu.D. Lyashev; the staff members of the Administration for International Relations.

The meeting was presided over by the head of the Administration for International Relations Yu.Sh. Iobidze. The chief inspector of the department of licensing and visa work of the Migration Directorate in the Administration of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Kursk region O.V. Batochko gave a speech on the requirements of the migration legislation. The head of the department for the Protection of Public Order in the Administration of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Kursk D.Yu. Davidov told the foreign students about the rules of personal and public security, about administrative offences. The rectorate assistant for security A.I. Saltanov informed the students about the impermissibility of carrying out extremist activity, manifestations of nationalism and xenophobia in the territory of the Russian Federation.

 The representatives of the law enforcement authorities called the foreign students to observe strictly the Russian legislation, the requirements of the university local acts, to follow the recommendations of the law enforcement officials.
